The most common reasons for not having access to content online are:
- The ticket purchased does not grant access to the desired content.
- You are limited in the number of times you can watch the content and you have exceeded that limit.
- You purchased the ticket with a different ID than the one you are currently logged in with.
- You transferred the ticket to another user.
