Enhanced Priority support provides the same support levels as Priority Support, but it also makes end-user support our concern instead of yours. No longer do you have to perform the front-line support for creator, jury, and audience issues—we take care of that for you so you can focus on running your festival.

We recommend this level of support for most festivals.

Price: $400/year

Included in our Priority support:

  • Resources:
    • The SparqFest Knowledge Base (this site)
    • An enterprise grade issue tracking system (Zendesk) so that nothing falls through the cracks
    • SparqFest staff via the issue tracking system
  • Who Can Access:
    • Anyone
  • End-user Support:
    • SparqFest provides front-line support for your end-users
    • Both technical and non-technical issues
  • Availability:
    • 9am-5pm M-F US/Central (higher availability via the on-call add-on)
  • Turnaround:
    • 1 business day outside of festival dates
    • 2 hours during festival dates
